Plug your iPhone into your computer. Open iTunes on the computer. On the left hand side, scroll down to "Tones," then drag the downloaded MAU ringtone file into "Tones." Then on your iPhone go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringtone, and the ringtone should be there.
